It’s my great honor to meet you and really appreciate for having me over todays interview.

my name is 000, the crave for the trading business began when i study chinese in the university. Right after graduation, i started my carreer as working in 0000 which is specialized in container and bulk transportation. While working in current company over 5 years, i build up many capacity to be a talented overseas sales representative throughout a series of business meeting and sales activities. First, i picked up detailed practical knoweledges that encompassing trading and logistics. Second, cultivated calm and swift problem solving skills when encountered cranky customers and difficult trading complication.

Third, Picked up some business minds that can strongly appeal to customers.

If be requested to pick 3 points that can be distinguished with other competitors, i’d say, first, incessant greed toward the learning. currently i can well communicate using english and chinese, and as of japanese, you can count on me fluently speaking it in 1 year. Even when i deal with many unmanageble shipping works, i didn’t denied to take, and i struggle to find a way for managing to load those cargoes and eventually i could build up many experiences that others couldn’t get.

Second, I like to associate with many peoples with positive attitudes, and that made me have broad personal connections especillay in trading lines. For sure i have many friends in my main clients and competitive companies, but other than that, throughout offline chinese community where i’m leading, and carriers soccer associates, i could make various personal networking.

Third, i’m not afraid of changing myself and also like to contrive and carry out new sales strategies. While working on current company, i divded few clients groups per sail route, wrote about development of ocean freight change and future prediction.

Moreover when chiristmas season come around, i made thoughtful small gift as “touching marketing” and that strategy was well received by customers, not to mention boosted up great sales.

If i get the chance to work in your company, i’d like to utilize all my past experience and do my best to be a talented overseas sales staff. Lastely, i promise i will be a creative and positive team mamber.

Your letter is too fluffy. English-speaking businessmen are busy, so they have short attention spans. Just hit the key points, don’t try to compliment them (because they perceive it as “kissing up”), and keep your communications short, simple, and to-the-point, with some warmth. LOL – this is never easy!

How about this?

I started to do it but found it was a pain in the butt. What you have to do is: There are people on there who pay a certain amount for others to go online and do surveys. So you “notify” on the website to the person that you are interested in their offer, then they reply back and you set up the terms. Then they give you the url for the survey and you take it. But in the survey as with all online surveys you have to fullfill certain obligations like for example 2 silver and 3 gold. Which means you have to subscribe or buy 2 silver products and 3 gold products. You cannot just buy and then cancell. These products are things that “people” say you use anyway, but I found that is not true. Just go on any online website and look at what they have to offer. Then when the person gets notified that you completed your offers and finished the surveys then they will pay you. They say the surveys take 5 minutes, I spent 3 hours on one, going around and around and no matter what, I had to continue buying things and I never did finish the survey, I got to the “very last” offer and was clicked out of it. So then I spent 2 months solid on cancelling crap that I didnt need in the first place. You have to be very carefull and read all terms and conditions and then print them off also, and keep records of all information on the products and when you called to cancel. It was a big pain in the butt and not worth the time, effort or money at all. I do not recommend it to anyone. Unless they have money and time to burn on crap.
