I had a buddy check out to recruit me to promote Prepaid Legal Services, and they said it was a “Legal” pyramid. I’ve often heard the expression “multilevel advertising,” as a better sounding term.
What is the distinction ?

Edit: A legal way all around this is having to pay a structured payment or settlement to it’s members who are documented.
